* Petition regulations


starting with April 1, 2019, the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova, no.116/2018 came into force.
By petition, within the meaning of the administrative code, any request, notification or proposal addressed to a public authority by a natural or legal person is understood.

Petition can be submitted:

- Electronically, being shipped by electronic mail to the address  chancellery. cml@cml. gov. md  or by fax at the number (+373 22) 727933;

- through the Î. S. "Post of Moldova" at the address. Chisinau, Korolenko str., 8, MD 2025;

- at the headquarters of the legal medicine, in the mailbox located at the central entrance.

The petition must contain information on:
- first and last names or name of the petitioner;
- the residence or headquarters of the petitioner and the e -mail address if a response is requested in this way;
- the name of the public authority;
- the object of the petition and its motivation;
- the signature of the petitioner or his legal or empowered representative.

in the case of the petition sent in electronic form, it must meet the requirements towards the electronic document and be signed electronically, in accordance with the legislation in force. The addresses that will not correspond to the requirements stipulated in art. 75 para. (1) of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova, no. 116/2018 - will not be examined.
If the petition is within the competence of another public authority, the original of the petition is sent to the competent public authority within 5 working days from the date of registration of the petition, which the petitioner is informed.
